Simpler, Smaller Living
The first thing that you would need to do is to choose your house shell. Luckily, there are a lot of shells that you can choose from.
Do you want a little house that is approximately 120 square feet? Or do you want a place that is larger? When they say tiny, it doesn’t necessarily mean it has to be super tiny – unless that is what you want. A small house can be up to 800 square feet and still be considered tiny in some circles.
Either way, you are making your life so much simpler, cutting your expenses by a lot, and you will be friendlier to the environment by not using up so many of our precious resources.
Once the shell has been selected, you can start designing the interior.

You can choose to have your house on wheels so that you can move it whenever you want to move. Imagine being able to quickly and easily pick up and move to a new location. This is certainly less costly than packing up everything in that you have put into a much larger place, putting all of it into a moving van, moving all that stuff to a new location, and then unpacking. With a little house that is on wheels, all you need to do is secure some things and tow everything you own to your new location. Now that’s an easy move!
Or you can build it on a foundation on a property that you own, or in somebodies backyard (of course you’ll want to make sure that you get along really well if you build in someones backyard).
