Plans For Tiny Homes
Humble Homes is another company that designs and offers plans for tiny homes. The designs are very nice and most (if not all) include built-in storage. This is a great feature as storage is always an issue with little places even with paring down to only the essentials (and perhaps a little of your treasured items that you couldn’t part with).
Their house designs are mostly 500 square feet or less but and are very well planned out for better living.

You’ll find a few with smaller kitchens and others with a full kitchen. Most have loft bedrooms, a nice size shower in the bathroom, and an open concept living area and kitchen area.
There is a section on their site with plans for adding a porch to your house design (optional). This is a nice option because it can provide you with a little extra living space during nice weather.
They also offer a service to customize your plans to suit your needs; this is a huge bonus if you aren’t able to find something that completely suits your needs.
The cost of their plans is very reasonable; generally a few hundred dollars.
There is a lot of information on their website about what is required for building a house so you can find out general information about what you’ll be getting, as well as what you need to know before, during and after you build.
And like all tiny home builders, their plans are designed for anyone that wants to build their place themselves. There are lots of drawings, information, schematics, and much more included to guide you throughout the planning and building process.
In addition, they offer free support to anyone that has bought any of their tiny homes plans.
The house plans can be downloaded instantly and then printed or you can have a printed version sent to you – whatever is your preference.
