If you want to built a house on a trailer, Tumbleweed has a selection of trailers that are built to specification for these specialty homes. They come in three sizes: 14′, 18′ or 20′. The size range for houses on trailers is fro 50 square foot to 130 square foot. And you can even choose a home with or without a porch.
If you would like a home on a foundation, you get to select from models that range in size fro 261 square foot to 874 square foot, with or without a main floor bedroom. Most models have a loft bedroom which is fine for the young and agile, but not so much for retirees and those with disabilities. The cottages (as they call them) come with the plans but you would need to find a local contractor to do the building or build it yourself.
