A Small Cabin With A Big View
The designers and architects very carefully selected the land where it would be built. They studied the landscape before deciding on the exact location and orientation for the building.
The result is a stunning small cabin that has gorgeous views. I don’t think they could have done any better.
It’s isolated, placed in a natural setting with views of the rolling landscape with the mountains as a backdrop. It may be a cliché but you have to admit it’s beautiful.
The wood structured small cabin is mostly open-concept. You can see straight through from the living room to the other end of the house.
It may be just me, but I enjoy spending time with the people in the house no matter what I am doing or have to do.
One of the must-haves in my home is big windows and a view.
I find it very relaxing to sit by a window when it’s cold outside and enjoy the outdoors.
When the weather is nice out, it is wonderful to have a large deck to enjoy the fresh air and views.
Even the bedroom, which spans across at least 40% of the entire house has a huge window so that you can lay in bed at night at see the stars and the moon – it would be very relaxing to be able to fall asleep while looking out at the night sky.
With the isolated setting it is possible to take a bath with a view…without worry of being spied upon. It’s a different mindset but I like it. In my books that’s right “up there” with the idea of having a view of a fire in a fireplace while taking a bath –that’s something I’ve recently seen on one of the home renovation TV shows.
The house has everything that you would need – comfort, cozy, serene, and a view to die for.
